Permanent Final Sale Notice
Due to the exclusive, high-scarcity nature of the LaQuanius Cutner Archival Drop, all transactions are strictly Final Sale. We do not accept returns, offer exchanges, or issue refunds under any circumstances. Once an order is processed and a 1-of-1 archival look is secured, the purchase cannot be canceled, amended, or reversed.
Archival & Runway Sample Condition Disclosure
Every garment featured in this digital showroom is an authentic, original runway piece or an archive lookbook sample handcrafted to model dimensions. By finalizing your purchase, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Runway History: Garments may possess minor unique characteristics, backstage modifications (pin holes, stitching, etc), hand-patched adjustments, or light wear reflective of their participation in live fashion presentations.
Condition Transparency: Specific condition disclosures (such as requirements for professional dry cleaning, structural lining updates, or custom-tailored modifications) are clearly outlined on each individual product description page.
No Material Guarantees: Variations in specialized textile treatments, hand-painted details (such as our studio hand-painted silk organza), or delicate hardware (such as custom laser-cut elements or hand-woven beadwork) are part of the collectible nature of wearable designer art and do not constitute a product defect.
3. Absolute Sizing Responsibility
Because these are original, un-reproducible runway sample sizes, commercial standard sizing rules do not apply.
Detailed flat lay and model tape measurements (Bust, Waist, and Hips) are explicitly provided for every item.
It is the sole responsibility of the buyer or wardrobe stylist to verify the recipient’s exact bodily dimensions prior to purchase.
We recommend partnering with a professional local tailor or couture atelier to perform final precision fit adjustments post-delivery if required.
4. Carrier, Shipping, & Transit Disputes
Every look is meticulously packaged and dispatched via outsourced shipping companies with tracking and direct signature confirmation required upon arrival.
Our liability for the physical condition of the garment terminates immediately upon handoff to the premium shipping carrier.
In the exceptionally rare event of transit damage, delays, or carrier loss, the buyer agrees to resolve the matter exclusively through a carrier insurance claim.
