Shipping Policy
Every garment created under LaQuanius Cutner is handled with the highest level of care. Orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Once shipped, clients will receive tracking information via email.
Domestic orders are shipped through trusted carriers with signature confirmation to ensure safe delivery. International shipping is available; however, delivery times vary based on customs and regional processing.
LaQuanius Cutner is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside of our control. Lost or damaged packages must be reported directly to the carrier.
Returns & Exchanges
Couture garments are created with intention, precision, and individualized craftsmanship. For this reason, all couture pieces, custom orders, and made‑to‑measure garments are final sale.
Ready‑to‑wear items may be eligible for exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unaltered, and in original condition. Exchanges are subject to inspection and approval.
We do not offer refunds for sizing issues on couture pieces; clients are encouraged to book a consultation for accurate measurements.
Cancellation Policy
Consultations may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours or no‑shows may result in forfeiture of the consultation fee or deposit.
Custom couture orders require a non‑refundable deposit. Once production begins, cancellations are not permitted.
Payment Policy
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and secure online payment methods. Custom couture orders require a deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due prior to shipping, delivery, or final fitting.
Payment plans may be available for select couture pieces at the discretion of the House.
Terms of Agreement
By booking a consultation or completing a purchase, clients acknowledge and agree to all policies listed on this page, including Terms of Agreement, Privacy Policy, and any additional conditions outlined during the booking or checkout process.
Consultation
A consultation is the initial stage of the couture experience. During this session, we discuss your vision, take measurements, review design direction, and determine fabric and embellishment options. Consultation fees and deposits are non‑refundable. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. A consultation does not constitute the start of production; production begins only after design approval and deposit submission.
Order Processing
Order processing refers to the administrative phase between order placement and the start of production. This includes payment verification, review of garment details, material preparation, and scheduling. Order processing does not include production or shipping.
Production
Production refers to the creation of your garment once order processing is complete. This stage includes pattern development, fabric cutting, construction, embellishment, and all couture finishing techniques. Production timelines vary based on the complexity of the design, fabric availability, and required fittings. Production does not include order processing or shipping.
Fittings
Fittings are required for couture and made‑to‑measure garments to ensure precision, comfort, and proper silhouette. The number of fittings varies based on the complexity of the design. Clients are responsible for attending fittings on time and providing accurate feedback. Missed or rescheduled fittings may affect the production timeline. Fittings are included in the couture process unless otherwise stated.
Alterations
Alterations may be available for couture clients and select ready‑to‑wear garments. Alteration fees depend on the scope of work and are not included in the original purchase price unless explicitly stated. Alterations requested after delivery are considered a separate service. The House reserves the right to decline alteration requests that compromise the integrity of the design.
Shipping
Shipping begins once production is complete and the final balance has been paid. This stage includes packaging, preparation of shipping documentation, and transfer of the garment to the carrier. Clients will receive tracking information once the garment has shipped. Delivery timelines depend on the carrier and destination. Shipping does not include order processing or production.
Garment Care
Couture garments require intentional care to preserve their craftsmanship, structure, and longevity. Each piece created by LaQuanius Cutner Couture is made with delicate fabrics, hand‑finished details, and luxury materials that must be handled with precision. Clients are responsible for following all care recommendations provided by the House.
Couture garments should be professionally cleaned only. Avoid machine washing, drying, or harsh chemicals, as these may damage the fabric or embellishments. Store garments in breathable garment bags away from direct sunlight, moisture, and extreme temperatures. The House is not liable for damage resulting from improper care, cleaning, or storage.
Client Responsibilities
To ensure a seamless couture experience, clients agree to uphold the following responsibilities:
-
Provide accurate measurements and information during consultations and fittings.
-
Attend all scheduled fittings on time, as missed or delayed appointments may affect production timelines.
-
Communicate design preferences clearly and approve sketches, fabrics, and details before production begins.
-
Complete payments on schedule, including deposits and final balances, to avoid delays or cancellation of services.
-
Follow garment care instructions to maintain the integrity of the design.
-
Respect the creative process and understand that couture timelines may shift based on complexity, materials, or unforeseen circumstances.
Failure to meet these responsibilities may impact production, delivery, or eligibility for certain services. The House reserves the right to discontinue service if client conduct or communication becomes inappropriate, disrespectful, or disruptive to the couture process.
